Things You Need To Do Prior To Your Arrival
1
Book your flights

Fly into Ngurah Rai International Airport (DPS), Denpasar. Aim to arrive in Bali by lunchtime on 8 October so we can make the most of the first afternoon together. There will be a welcome session and dinner on the evening of 8 October.

8 October 2026 - PER to DPS (outbound)

Recommended airlines on this route: Air Asia, Garuda Indonesia, Batik Air. Aim for a morning departure from Perth to arrive by lunchtime. We do not recommend Jetstar due to a history of delays on this route.

13 October 2026 - DPS to PER (return)

Check current schedules for Air Asia, Garuda Indonesia and Batik Air for return options.

Important: send your flight details to Elana

Once you have booked, email your full flight itinerary (for all travellers in your party) to admin@quantumclub.com.au by 30 September 2026 so we can arrange your airport transfers.

2
Organise travel insurance

It is up to you to organise your own travel insurance for the trip. We suggest Travel Insurance Direct as a starting point, but any comprehensive travel and medical policy will do.

3
Visas and entering Bali, Indonesia

You will need a B1 - Tourist Visa on Arrival. Complete your e-Visa before departing for Bali.

Passport validity

Please ensure your passport has at least 6 months validity remaining from your date of travel.

4
