Australian passport holders require a B1 - Tourist Visa on Arrival (VoA) to enter Indonesia. This can be obtained on arrival at the airport or applied for in advance online.
Valid Australian passport with at least 6 months validity remaining, a confirmed return flight, and proof of accommodation. Payment is cash (AUD equivalent in IDR) or card at the VoA counter.
You can also apply for an eVisa online before you travel at evisa.imigrasi.go.id. Same cost, same conditions. Useful if you prefer to have everything sorted before you land.
Fly into Ngurah Rai International Airport (DPS), Denpasar. Aim to arrive in Bali by lunchtime on 8 October so we can make the most of the first afternoon together. There will be a welcome session and dinner on the evening of 8 October.
Recommended airlines on this route: Air Asia, Garuda Indonesia, Batik Air. Aim for a morning departure from Perth to arrive by lunchtime. We do not recommend Jetstar due to a history of delays on this route.
Check current schedules for Air Asia, Garuda Indonesia and Batik Air for return options.
